Aroma fresc i intens de fruites vermelles madures, pruna seca, esp\u00e8cies i bals\u00e0mics. Estructura mitjana, mineral, afruitat, marcada acidesa, viu i amb tanins dol\u00e7os. Persistent, sabor\u00f3s i llarg postgust. El parany \u00e9s una parcel\u00b7la de carinyena 100%. Amb vinyes de 80\/90 anys. La superf\u00edcie \u00e9s \u00abd\u2019una jornada de terra\u00bb (extensi\u00f3 que un pag\u00e8s podia treballar en un dia). Una parcel\u00b7la molt singular situada enmig del Mass\u00eds de Garraf, envoltada de bosc. Nom\u00e9s en anys excepcionals on la carinyena expressa el millor, es produeixen aproximadament 300 ampolles.
