Wine Farm Viladellops Grenache
Mineral and red fruit aromas that transform it into a powerful taste. Wine Farm Viladellops Grenache is more than a wine, it is an experience.
Grenache red is – in our opinion – the variety that best conveys the personality of the terroir to our red wines. With Finca Viladellops Red, we have one of the most prestigious products and of which we are most proud of in the winery. We select the best Grenaches from Viladellops. Harvested by hand and selection of the best grapes. Short maceration times, just to develop the most elegant tannins, maximum ageing of 12 months in French oak barrels and a minimum of 12 months in the bottle before being available to purchase. A deep red colour with mineral and red fruit aromas, spicy nuances of well macerated grapes. In the mouth it is silky, tasty, fleshy, with licorice and toasted notes. The wine has good acidity, volume, and structure.

Harvest: manually in 15Kg crates with selection in the vineyard and sorting table.
Fermentation: with indigenous yeast in 500-liter vats using only pigeage or bazuqueo at a controlled temperature between 23º and 27ºC.
Aging: aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Barrel exit on January 22, 2024. The wine is aged in tanks until bottling.
Bottling: 15,120 bottles of 75cl and 252 bottles of 150cl in February 2024.
Color: Ruby garnet.
Aroma: mineral notes, spicy nuances, and hints of undergrowth.
Palate: highlights its balance, fine tannins, structure, and marked freshness.
