100% Xarel·lo Vermell from an organic vineyard owned by Marcelo Desvalls in the Massís del Garraf.
L.D. Ancestral
The finesse of LD Ancestral is designed to make you enjoy it for a long time. Its production turns it into a sparkling wine, with fresh and very fruity aromas.
Grapes are hand-picked from the vineyard and the best red xarel·lo is selected for the production of this sparkling wine using an ancestral method. Soft onion skin colour. Fresh aromas, very fruity and with creamy ageing notes perfectly combined with a well-integrated carbonation due to its ageing time. In the mouth, it combines slight bitter notes with the earthy minerality of the Garraf Massif. Long and elegant aftertaste. Aged 30 months with 2 pontages (movement of sediment inside the bottle). SO2 minimum, sulphite levels are incorporated as information on the label of each bottle.
